On That Confidence Game ...
I hope you’re all amazing. I hope you have all been standing in your most vibrant energy. I want to continue where we left off last week on building confidence in ourselves, because I feel this is such an important topic. I am a firm believer in vibration and energy. I believe in growth. I believe in support. I believe that without any of these things shifting to a higher frequency, we will stay on the proverbial hamster wheel until we choose to change our energy. Does that make sense? -
The Habit of Shrinking
What are some things we can do to get our power back and stand in our confidence and take up as much space as possible? What are some things we can do to give ourselves a boost of healthy self-esteem?

Will I Ever Measure Up?
I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but it is none of your business what other people think, and it’s none of your business what other people are doing. -
The Spring Rebirth
When you allow yourself the space to clear, you then make room for the better that is to come.
When your energy shifts, so does everything that comes to you. It doesn't matter how old you are, it doesn't matter what you do for a living, it doesn't matter how much money you have or don't have, all of it is energy. And you are the one that creates it.

Celebrating Self-Love Milestones: Reflection and Future Goals
As this is the final post of February, I wanted to take a few moments to reflect back on the work we’ve done towards loving, forgiving, and being kinder to ourselves on our own accord. I truly hope you took the time to write down all the brilliant things about you and wrote yourself a glorious love letter, and have com -
Trust the Timing
Ahhh, timing. I had to talk about this today because I’ve had a few conversations about timing with people in my life this week. It’s such bs that we have to wait for things, right? But if you really think about it, timing is everything. And trusting the timing of things in our life and truly bringing it to the forefront of everything we do when we want something so bad and want it yesterday, is KEY in manifesting the reality of it. -
Misdirected Love
I need to come out and say this, self-love does not come easy. It takes time, it takes practice, it takes commitment, it takes effort. Honoring a relationship with yourself takes just as much, if not more work than a relationship with someone else. -
Stop F*cking Comparing
As we're wrapping it up, there's one final thing I want to discuss with the whole premise of showing up for yourself, and that is, comparing. I'm not going to lie, I have been so guilty of this. I have held myself back in so many areas of my life because I've compared myself and my timeline to others and theirs. -
Embracing Self-Compassion
Self-compassion can be tricky. I know this all too well. However, it plays a huge role in truly showing up for yourself. I’ve shared a bit about this in the past few weeks but this message is dedicated to it. It goes out to all of us who are just too damn hard on ourselves. So, let’s talk about being a little more loving and forgiving with ourselves. -
Developing Consistent Habits
Habits. Fun stuff, huh? It's interesting because it seems the bad habits are easiest to fall into and harder to break, yet the habits that serve us, that make things BETTER for us are much harder to make. However, once we begin to create habits that serve us, we typically want to keep those things going because they FEEL good. -
The Best Morning Routine
You don’t have to be a morning person in order to start your day right. Here is my morning routine that I swear by. It really does keep me inspired most days.
1. As soon as you wake up - VISUALIZE YOUR DAY - I’m pretty lucky in the sense that I don’t have to set an alarm anymore. I wake up around 7-7:30 am every morning.

Addressing Self-Doubt and Limiting Beliefs
We all have them. Those little voices inside our heads that tell us we’re not ready, we’re not good enough, we’re not at a certain “level” (whatev...
